GETTING THERE

As you arrive to the island we can arrange our free greeting service, we just need to be informed about the ferry you take to get to Capri. You'll find Giovanni with the "Hotel La Vega" label on his cap. He's at the harbour until 6.00 pm and he'll give you the informations to get to the hotel. First get to the Piazzetta. You can choose funicular (the 3 minute ride costs EUR 2/person) or taxi (the 10 minute ride costs about EUR 15).

From the Piazzetta, you have to walk to the hotel (you can ask for the luggage porter service from the ferry to the hotel). You'll easily find the shopping street Via Vittorio Emanuele, next to "bar Tiberio" toward the historic Hotel Quisisana, and then turn left onto Via Camerelle.

Halfway along the road across you'll be able to find several tiles to get indications to Hotel La Vega. The whole walk is along a pedestrian street and it will take to you less then 10 minutes. Meanwhile you'll enjoy the famous and glamorous shopping streets like via Vittorio Emanuele and via Camerelle.
